Terms of Service — AuraFlow

1. Service Description

AuraFlow (auraflowmc.com) is an AI-powered Minecraft plugin generator. Our platform uses advanced language models to generate production-ready Paper API plugin code based on your natural-language descriptions. The service includes code generation, file management, and optional compiled JAR delivery.

2. User Accounts

To use AuraFlow, you must authenticate via Google Sign-In. By signing in, you agree to provide accurate account information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.

One account per user. Sharing accounts is prohibited.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Subscription Tiers & Pricing

AuraFlow offers the following subscription tiers, processed through Polar.sh:

      Free Tier — Limited monthly generations at no cost.
Hobbyist Tier — $9/month. Increased generation limits and standard engine access.
Apex Tier — $24/month. Unlimited generations, Apex Engine access, priority compilation, and premium support.

    

All payments are handled by Polar.sh. AuraFlow does not directly store or process payment card information. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the billing cycle ends.

4. Generated Code & Disclaimer

All code generated by AuraFlow is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. You are solely responsible for:

Reviewing all generated code before deployment.
Testing plugins in a safe environment before using them on production servers.
Ensuring generated code complies with your server's policies and applicable laws.

AuraFlow makes no guarantee that generated plugins will be free of bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors.

5. No Affiliation with Mojang or Microsoft

AuraFlow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft Corporation, or the Minecraft brand in any way. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Studios. All references to Minecraft and related technologies (Paper API, Spigot, Bukkit) are used for descriptive purposes only.

6. Plugin Compatibility

AuraFlow does not guarantee compatibility of generated plugins with any specific Minecraft server version, modding framework, or third-party plugin. Server environments vary widely, and generated code may require manual adjustment for your specific setup.

7. Right to Modify Pricing & Terms

AuraFlow reserves the right to modify pricing, subscription features, and these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Pricing changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Material changes to terms will be announced at least 14 days in advance.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms of Service.
Abuse the platform, including excessive automated requests or reverse-engineering.
Use the service to generate malicious, harmful, or illegal content.
Attempt to circumvent usage limits or payment obligations.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease immediately. Active subscriptions will not be refunded for the current billing period.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the code generated from those prompts. AuraFlow retains all rights to the platform, its interface, underlying models, and proprietary technology. You may not redistribute or resell AuraFlow as a service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraFlow and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to server crashes, data loss, or security vulnerabilities caused by generated plugins.
